Supply chain vulnerability has gained considerable attention, sincethe more complex the relationships, the more prone modern globalsupply chains are to disruptions. As vulnerability increases, thereneeds to develop effective mathematical tools for its evaluation. Thepurpose of this paper is to assess the vulnerability of a network in aglobal logistics environment using the Influence Model, a stochasticmodel composed of interactive Markov Chains. The aim is to fostera more explicit understanding of the relationships between networkcharacteristics and vulnerability of supply chains
