Biography and Expertise

She graduated from the University of Eastern Piedmont (Novara, Italy) and earned a Ph.D. in Management, Finance and Accounting from Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC), where she is currently a Research Fellow.

She serves as an Assistant Professor at Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC), teaching "Management and Principles of Accounting" (Bachelor's Degree), "Bilancio Consolidato Avanzato" (Master's Degree), "Accounting and Financial Reporting" (Bachelor's Degree), and Integrated Financial Reporting (Master's Degree).

Her research interests include Integrated Reporting, Sustainability, ESG dynamics, Sport Governance, Intellectual Capital Disclosure, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and Diversity & Inclusion practices.

She is the author and co-author of several academic publications.

She is also a certified Chartered Accountant.
