Biography and Expertise
I am an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) at School of Economics & Management, LIUC University (Castellanza, Italy). During my Ph.D. at LIUC University, I was a Visiting Ph.D. Student at the Public University of Navarra - UPNA (Pamplona, Spain). My main research activity is about entrepreneurial behavior, innovation, and internationalization in family firms. Recently, my research interests have also focused on corporate governance, strategy, and ESG disclosure topics. Some of my research activities has been published in academic journals including IJESB, Management Research, BSE, CIM, IOM, JFBM, BEER, JFBS, JBR.
I have participated as a presenter in several conferences, such as SIDREA, AIDEA, EURAM, R&D Management, CINET, EIASM, IFERA, and the Meditari Accountancy Research Conference.
Currently, I am also the corresponding proponent of a standing track on the FABR SIG at EURAM 2025, and EURAM SIG Programme chair for the SIG Family Business.
