Abstract
The aging workforce is a key challenge of the 21st century. This study adopts a Systematic literature network analysis (Slna) on 413 Scopus-indexed publications to explore the evolution of research on older workers. Three main strands emerge: post retirement motivation, flexible work policies, and Age management. Key topics include stereotypes, health, generational diversity, and upskilling. Gaps involve emerging technologies and intersectional approaches. The study calls for a redefinition of “older worker”, focusing on functionality and motivation, and urges inclusive, flexible, evidence-based organizational policies.
