Abstract
Obtaining adequate financial resources necessary for maintaining the efficiency of our hospital network is a highly topical and important issue. In light of the current economic situation, the market calls for a reorganisation in the tools of acquisition used by pubblic health structures. New management strategies are imposing on the health sector, among these in service management which brings a new organisational proposal and which consists of the offer of not just a single product but an entire procedure. The purpose of this article is to analyse the perceptions of those agents directly involved in this new model of cooperation between public and private, to the extent which truly represents a new management solution, one able to introduce innovative criteria and retrieve efficiency.
