Abstract
M 77 (Ministry of Health, 2022), published in the Official Gazette on 5/23/2022, defined the standards of organizational models of the new care settings, namely Community Homes (CoCs), Community Hospitals (COHs), and Territorial Operations Centers (TOCs). The timelines for the implementation of the three new care settings have a deadline of 2026.
