The objective of the retrospective observational study (year 2011) presented within the article is the evaluation of the degree of integration between Integrate Home Care (ADI) and the Home Care Service (SAD) in the local Health Authority of Varese. The main characteristics of the users receiving health services were assessed and their volumes were quantified. The study focused in particular on the users receiving services from both ADI and SAD.
