Abstract
The present paper attempts to reveal how Lombardy Region's ATSs and ASSTs have coped with the challenge of managing the Covid-19 pandemic. Authors focus their attention on the so-called "second wave" period, identifying the most evident critical issues and defining the high-priority actions to be carried out in a short period.
