Abstract

The growing awareness of the role of the client, as key success factor, pushes the firms to adopt the Ict tools to support effectively the marketing process; our aim is to provide a model, functional to the decision maker, which links objectives, Ict solutions and effects on the marketing process. An empirical research, on six relevant Italian firms, completes the analysis.
