Abstract
The National Health Service, characterized on the one hand by public funding and on the other hand by a type of mixed production, includes different Actors with different objectives, whose common goal is the protection of health. This co-presence guarantees the citizen the choice of the service he prefers and allows the NHS an incremental availability and greater flexibility in responding to needs. The definition of the Sistema network requires a reflection on the role of the private individual, to pursue the rationalization ad specialization of the structures, maintaining a context that over the years has gone from competitive to collaborative.
