Abstract
Literature evidence and several years of Health Economics application background, helps the health field experts develop a Health Technology analysis reference model, deeper and more elaborate than in the past. So is born the Health Technology Assessment (HTA). Two practical study experiences report on different HTA tendencies and impacts, the first one concerning control programme for schistosomiasis in Cambodia and the second one the CEUS vs TC/RM use, for focal lesion characterizations of liver.
