Abstract
The article examines the organizational model of Territorial Operations Centers in Piedmont and Lombardy, emphasizing their importance in coordinating health care. These facilities coordinate territorial health management, integrating various care services to optimize patient care. The specific roles, functions, and technological approaches adopted to improve health and social care are discussed, highlighting how each region adapts the COT model to its specific needs.
