Abstract
In the sanitary world, both public and private, there is an increasing importance of diffusion of the culture of analysis of technology, based on objective methods. The Health Tecnology Assessment, hospital based may be an efficacy way. The model proposed by Lombardy Region and impruved by CREMS-LIUC seems friendly. An application in the treatment of prostate carcinoma, with two different radiotherapic technologies is shown.
