Abstract
Ministerial Decree 77 outlined the reform of territorial healthcare in Italy. Still, it is necessary to understand what citizens expect from the future of healthcare to make these reforms as close as possible to the population's needs. Furthermore, it is essential to invest in communication to enable citizens to get information from official sources and avoid fake news.
