Abstract
Local Operations Centers (COT) play a role in coordinating and integrating care between the various services and professionals in the various care settings. The organizational models adopted vary between regions to region, such as the more centralised model in Veneto, the experimental project with different types of COTs in Piedmont and adopting a district model in some areas of Lombardy.
