Abstract
The new theoretical paradigm of the Socio-Emotional Wealth-SEW is currently considered one of the study lines with the highest development potential in the field of family businesses. Understanding how socio-emotional wealth passes from generation to generation, how it evolves over time, and how it is combined in order to capture the different visions and desires of different generations within the same family business require further research consideration. The present work, with a "kappa" or "summary" structure, wanted to deepen this area of research focusing on the evolution of socio-emotional wealth over time and the inter-generational interactions and the impact it exerts in terms of strategic behavior and management.
