Abstract
The current conceptual study assesses the tourists’ behavioral intention to use an AI chatbot for travel decision-making. The study utilizes the UTAUT2 model, incorporating drivers related to the individual’s personal characteristics, such as risk aversion and trust perceptions. This can offer a rich framework for technology adoption research in tourism and travel decisions.
