Abstract
Management is undoubtedly one of humankind's most important inventions. For more than a hundred years it has helped to power economic progress. The problem is that the evolution of management has traced a classic S-shape curve. After a fast start in the early twentieth century, the pace of innovation gradually decelerated and in recent years has been reduced to a crawl. Management is a mature technology that must now be reinvented for a new age. This article wants to try to give answer to the following questions: What needs to be done to create organizations that are truly fit for the future? What should be the critical priorities for tomorrow's management pioneers? The management model presented in this article is an integrated whole that can't be easily broken into pieces: that's why many of the challenges overlap. However, each element represents a critical path in the journey towards the definition of the Management Model for the future.
