Abstract
The paper is the first draft of a wider research program on leadership and management profiles and develops the analysis of the outcomes of the interviews of more than 100 CEO's. These interviews are structured and directed and have been carried out in Italy by LIUC researchers. The objective and subjective differences in CEO's profiles have been analyzed and the most significant correlations have been pointed out. This has led to a general view of the characteristic features and of the professional growth of the CEO's within the specific working environments. The analysis allows deeper research to test the paradigms and the basic concepts of the research design.
