Abstract
During recent years, the Italian private equity and venture capital market has been characterized by some important events that drove it at the best positions in the European ranking. The issue considered in this Quaderno is a focus on the dynamics that made this result, using an analysis of the investment, disvestment and fund raising matters. We aggregated our annual figures, considering when possibile long period trends and we also used some relevant studies made by important institutes.
