Abstract
The main topic of this paper is civil economics and its relationship with business economics on interpreting financial phenomenons and individual economic behaviours. The pursuit of rallying point between the two subjects, carried out through the reconstruction of Antonio Genovesi e Gino Zappa's thoughts about economic events, want to pick out possible research field around the analysis of the current economic state (situation). In particular the connection between civil and business economics is based on the shared idea that the economics phenomenon is a relational event, in virtue of the fact that its origin is in an agreement between people finalized to fulfilment of their needs. So that the importance of the concepts of "institute" and "civil body". The purpose of this paper is underlining the intesection among the two disciplines and provigind a possible and innovative reasearch fields.
