Abstract: This article presents a framework for training initiatives and the design of a learning system specifically addressed to meet the training needs of workers over 45 years of age with a particular focus on the use of e-Learning. A thorough literature review has been carried out to identify a structured set of variables that can be used as a general map to design training activities for senior employees.
